📍Naroon, Marylebone, London We went to one of London’s highest-rated Persian spots, Naroon… and now we totally get the hype 🤌🏼 We’d heard great things about the Persian tea, so of course we had to try it — absolutely delicious. Served with nectar on a stick that slowly melted as you stirred, giving it the most gorgeous subtle sweetness. For food, we ordered the Naroon Full Breakfast and the Taftan. The breakfast came loaded with lamb sausage, turkey bacon, za’atar infused mushrooms, beans, grilled tomato, sourdough & egg. Everything was packed with flavour and perfectly seasoned… and the turkey bacon?! We’ve never tasted turkey bacon like that before — officially converted 😮‍💨 The Taftan was just as impressive — roasted mixed peppers & butternut squash, baked eggs, merguez sausage, finished with cheddar and served with flatbread for dipping. Rich, comforting, flavourful… genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. Safe to say, Naroon has earned its rating! @naroonlondon #londonfood #london #bristolfoodie #bristolfood #persianbreakfast

Strategy summary

What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.

TL;DR

UGC reposts are the engagement engine, with [26] hitting 399 likes and [14] at 340 on detailed reviews, far outpacing originals. This restaurant thrives when borrowing social proof from fans and influencers, turning their hype into viral reach amid 8.9k followers and sparse 1.1 posts/week cadence. Low frequency starves growth; doubling output could unlock steady gains from proven pillars like Persian dishes. Food demos in [5] (93 likes) and brunch calls work reliably, but need volume. Prioritize curation over creation to scale fast while nurturing brunch traffic and cultural events for loyalty.

Working

5
  • UGC reposts explode reach, e.g. [26] 399 likes and [14] 340.
  • Persian dish reels evoke tradition, [5] gets 93 likes.
  • Brunch promos align with weekends, steady comments.
  • Event posts build community, [27] ties to Yalda.
  • High comment reels like [6] spark interactions.

Risks

5
  • Boost cadence beyond 1.1 posts per week to sustain momentum.
  • Favor reels over low-like images like [12] and [24].
  • Tag locations consistently in every brunch post.
  • Shorten captions in ambiance posts for quicker scrolls.
  • Limit hashtags to 4-5 targeted ones per post.

Ship next

5
  • Post 4-5 times weekly on best days like Sunday and Tuesday.
  • Collect and repost 2 UGC weekly from diners tagging @naroonlondon.
  • Create 1 tutorial reel per week on Persian dishes like chelo kebab.
  • Test brunch reels in 9-11am slot for higher saves.
  • Promote events 2 weeks ahead with countdown hooks.
