We are making fake customers with AI 🤖 AI Ads for Dummies, Episode 2. Today we’re building fake customers — aka avatars. And no, not the blue people. An avatar isn’t a demographic. “Busy homeowners” means nothing. A real avatar is specific enough that one actual person reads your ad and thinks “wait, this is literally about me.” Specific enough that if you handed it to a sketch artist, they could draw the exact person, to the T. Here’s exactly how I built mine: Step 1: Had Claude pull 20 real problems people have with lawn services — not guesses, actual complaints from real review sites, real quotes, real sources. Step 2: Matched 20 specific solutions to those exact problems, based on a document about everything my business actually does. Step 3 (the fun part): Instead of one generic customer, built 5 completely different people who’d all say yes to my business — for totally different reasons. The rule: every single ad talks to ONE of these people. Not all five at once. The second you try to talk to everyone, you’re talking to no one. To do this correctly you need to understand concepts and iteration — we’ll get there next episode. Want the exact workflow so AI can do this for you? Comment “AVATAR” and I’ll DM it to you. #facebookads #aiforbusiness #aiforbeginners

AI Agents for Dummies, Episode 2. Step 1: Create a folder on your desktop. Name it anything. Step 2: Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT to generate your CLAUDE.md (your agent’s identity file): “I want you to help me create a CLAUDE.md file — the identity file for an AI agent I’m setting up. First, pull in everything you already know about me from our past conversations — my work, how I communicate, my preferences, recurring context. Then ask me one question at a time to fill in the gaps: 1) What’s your name and what do you do? 2) What do you want this agent to help with most? 3) What should it know about your voice/tone? 4) What should it never do? 5) Anything else it should know? Once you have everything, write a CLAUDE.md file using this exact structure: CLAUDE.md Identity What I Do How to Help Me Voice & Style Rules & Boundaries Context Keep it clear and as short as possible while still useful — this file gets read every session.” Step 3: Create one more file, memory.md. Leave it blank. Step 4: Add this line to the top of CLAUDE.md: “After every session, update memory.md with anything new you’ve learned about me.” Why this matters: ChatGPT remembers you automatically. AI agents don’t — close the session and it’s gone, unless you build memory in yourself. This is the shift from prompt engineering to context engineering. Get the context right and your prompts can be one line. Episode 3: connecting your tools and putting your agent to work. Follow so you don’t miss it. #AIagent #ClaudeAI #ChatGPT #AItools #NoCode

Strategy summary

What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.

TL;DR

AI Agents for Dummies reels are the engagement engine, with post 0 at 2077 likes/1301 comments, post 6 at 2014/1244, and post 5 at 1571/348. This episodic format turns viewers into loyal followers via step-by-step wins that feel achievable. Niche down here to scale from 9K followers without paid promo. Lean into Claude integrations for authenticity, as they spike comments 5x average. Biggest leak: 1.1 posts/week throttles momentum when 4/week benchmark could 3x reach. Post 24's 3332 likes proves viral potential exists; inconsistent cadence wastes it. Fix by batching episodes and hooking with proven patterns like numbered steps.
