reel 1.86% engagedSI NO ES PARA SUMAR, NO TE SUMES ❌

Strategy summary
What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.
TL;DR
The humanitarian pillar is the clearest growth lever this account has. Posts 6, 8, and 9 generated 716k, 116k, and 251k likes respectively, dwarfing everything else in the feed. When Nacho speaks with moral authority about Venezuela's crisis, the audience responds at a rate roughly 10 to 40 times higher than commercial or partnership content. That gap is the most important signal in this data set.
The biggest leak is posting cadence. At 2.3 posts per week against a healthy benchmark of 4, the account is leaving consistent reach on the table, particularly during tour announcement windows where city reveals (posts 3, 5, 11) each spike but then go cold for days. Personal content like post 25 (32k likes, daughter cameo) and post 27 (52k likes, childhood photo) prove that low-production authentic moments punch well above their weight and could fill cadence gaps at almost zero cost.
Brand and partnership posts (posts 15, 20, 26) average under 1,500 likes, a fraction of the account baseline, signaling audience fatigue with commercial placements. The fix is not removing partnerships but wrapping them inside existing pillars, specifically humanitarian action or personal storytelling, so the value exchange feels natural rather than transactional.
Working
4- All-caps moral rallying cries tied to Venezuela relief land the highest raw engagement, with post 6 at 716k likes.
- Candid family content outperforms most promotional posts with minimal production effort, as seen in posts 25 and 27.
- Tour city reveals with exclusive presale codes create urgency and direct a commercial action without feeling like an ad.
- Vulnerability-forward captions that pair personal emotion with a broader social critique generate comment depth and shares.
Risks
4- Cadence is too low at 2.3 posts per week. Closing the gap to 4 would sustain algorithmic momentum between tour announcements.
- Brand partnership posts average under 1,500 likes and drag down feed authority. They need a storytelling wrapper to match audience expectations.
- Tour city announcements go cold after the reveal reel. A follow-up story or reaction reel within 48 hours would extend each cycle.
- UGC reposts and fan tags (posts 20, 23) get minimal amplification. A dedicated repost format with a caption voice-over could fix this.
Ship next
5- Build a 4-post weekly content calendar: one humanitarian update, one tour moment, one personal or family reel, and one music or culture post.
- Wrap the next brand partnership inside a humanitarian or personal story frame to protect engagement rates and keep the feed tone consistent.
- Test posting tour city reveals on Thursday evenings between 6 and 9pm, which aligns with the highest engagement timestamps in the current data.
- Create a standing relief update series using the MANOS A LA OBRA hook to maintain humanitarian momentum between crisis moments.
- Repurpose the strongest fan UGC (posts 23, 20) as a weekly dedicated slot with a short personal caption to reward community and fill cadence.
