image 0.76% engagedThis was the MOST GRUELING physical challenge I’ve ever done… and because of that, one of the most mentally grueling as well. •2.4 mile open water swim in endless swarms of jellyfish. Followed by… •112 mile bike ride. Followed by… •26.2 mile run (full marathon). Completing an Ironman race is one of the most ridiculous physical endeavors you can aspire to. It’s insane. I know this. That’s why I set out to do it. That’s why it’s one of the most rewarding athletic feats ever. It’s not for everyone. It’s not something you can expect to train for a month and finish. It’s not something you can muscle your way through. There’s an enormous amount of time, learning your body, and SO MUCH energy. You’ve got to be extremely proficient in all 3 disciplines (swim, bike, run). You have to allow the proper recovery. You must nail nutrition during your months of training AND especially during the race itself. If not, your physical body will just give out. No mental toughness can overcome a unconscious body. You’ve got to invest huge amounts of time into mental preparation: •Building the mindset to endure the hardest physical work you’ve ever done. •Learning to silence the voice of doubt when your body and brain are saying to stop. •Getting up every single day and putting in the work regardless of how you feel. This is all done to finish the race and hear: “YOU ARE AN IRONMAN.” I wish I could give you all the wisdom I’ve gained from this whole experience. Thing is, I’m not done processing what all the intense training and successful race have meant to me. I know the true wisdom of this experience will show itself over time. I will patiently wait and listen. One thing I do know: Welcome to a new level, Jashuha. Strategy summary
What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.
TL;DR
Post [16]'s comment hook exploded to 541 likes and 593 comments, proving interactive nutrition tips are the top growth lever for @jashuha. At 2.3 posts/week, the account leaks momentum; doubling to 5/week around warm-ups (28% share) and mindset reels could mirror that viral hit consistently. High performers like 152 likes on [24] flexes show personality sells, yet sporadic cadence caps reach. Workouts (e.g., [0],[4]) and hacks ([2]) average 30+ likes by solving real gym pains, while transformations ([13]) inspire loyalty. Lean into reused hooks like 'COMMENT [X]' across pillars to boost comments 10x over average.
Working
5- Comment hooks drive massive engagement: [16] at 541 likes.
- Warm-up reels consistently hit 20-35 likes with simple value.
- Mindset voiceovers resonate: [7] 46 likes on plateaus.
- Flex and gym life posts build authenticity: [24] 152 likes.
- Nutrition chats spark questions: [3] 124 likes.
Risks
5- Inconsistent posting kills algorithm favor; aim daily stories minimum.
- Too few interactive hooks beyond [1],[16]; add to 50% of reels.
- Underuse transformations; only 2 in 30 posts despite strong comments.
- Mix static images low; prioritize reels at 80%+ of feed.
- Vague CTAs in low eng posts like [8]; make specific like DM offers.
Ship next
5- Double cadence to 5 posts/week focusing on warm-ups and hooks.
- Test comment DM offers on 2 nutrition reels weekly.
- Batch 3 warm-up reels for pull/push/legs days.
- Add 1 transformation carousel monthly.
- Analyze engagement on [16]-style hooks after 10 posts.
