carousel 3.21% engagedI’ve been offered a lot of these. The honest answer is that I don’t think the world needs more things, it needs more experiences. If I ever do recommend something, it’ll be because I’ve used it for years, not because someone paid me to have an opinion about it this week. I’ve been doing this for over ten years. Of course I move more than most people do, it’s my job. That makes my body a bad benchmark and a worse goal, and I’d much rather you felt good in yours than spent another year trying to change, define or reshape it. This account is my work. My relationships, my family and my friends didn’t sign up to be content, and I’m not going to make that decision for them. I think we could all stand to go back to keeping some things private. I know exactly how influential a “what I eat in a day” post is. That’s the reason you won’t get one from me. I’m a movement professional, not a nutritionist, and what works for my body isn’t a plan for yours. Of course you say good things about something when you’re being paid to. I’d rather build something I own and control, and let my students’ results speak instead of me. I used to admire people who never stopped. I don’t anymore. I’ve never once looked back and wished I’d spent another hour editing a short, and I don’t think I’ll start.
carousel 2.38% engagedIf I had to learn handstand again, I’d start here. These drills are really just the start, if you want to learn advanced poses it’s best to break things down and work towards the pose gradually. Especially for scary poses like a handstand, feeling safe and in control is paramount. If you are serious about learning handstand and other advanced poses I created the skills pathway for you. It guides you through headstand, forearmstand, handstand and flexibility for the splits and backbends. Comment ‘skills’ and I’ll send you the link.
carousel 2.17% engagedIf I only had 10 minutes for a full body workout, I’d start here. Full routine now on Charlie’s Angels. Comment ‘angel’ and I’ll send you the link.

Strategy summary
What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.
TL;DR
'If I had to' skill drill hooks crush it, driving post [9]'s 8840 likes and post [17]'s 5867 likes while fueling program sales across 12 CTA posts. Pairing practical breakdowns with comment CTAs turns education into conversions, with summer sales posts [2,5] netting hundreds of comments. Personal stories like sabbatical updates in posts [18,19] foster loyalty but underperform on likes versus drills. At 2.3 posts/week, the biggest leak is cadence throttling momentum from 282k followers; ramp to 4x weekly to reclaim growth. Lean harder into top pillars for 30%+ engagement lift.
Working
5- Skill drill hooks like posts [4,17] generate top likes and comments.
- Direct CTAs convert well in 12+ sales posts.
- Personal vulnerability in life updates builds deep engagement.
- Challenge teasers like post [6] excite and gather ideas.
- Sales timing boosts urgency, e.g. post [2] last-day push.
Risks
5- Boost posting from 2.3 to 4/week to sustain momentum.
- Diversify beyond sales CTAs to avoid promo fatigue.
- Shorten some reflection captions for quicker reads.
- Add more collaborations like post [23] for fresh energy.
- Track Reel vs carousel performance deeper.
Ship next
5- Increase to 4-5 posts/week focusing on skill drills.
- Test morning posts on Fridays and Saturdays for higher reach.
- Launch next challenge with 3 teaser posts building hype.
- Create 2 new 'If I had to' hooks for backbends and core.
- Analyze comment data to refine CTA keywords.
