image 15.50% engagedTaylor and I lost our mom today. Words cannot describe what an inspiration she was to me. Her strength, passion, and commitment to growth have always been something I aspire to. No matter how low things got, she persevered and cracked jokes while she was at it. She was taken from us far too soon and had so much love to give the world still, but I know that my memories of her will reverberate through virtually every facet of my life. She was always so insanely proud of me and Taylor - as you’d know by looking at her Facebook for two seconds - and I just know by carrying her love, strength, and passion with us, we’ll keep doing her memory proud. I love you, Mom. Three musketeers always. ❤️
carousel 15.35% engagedNot to be all hashtag fitspo but just wanted to take an earnest second to lore dump about my relationship with fitness, since it’s all over my stories. Like maybe five people know this at this point, but I spent around 4 years growing up being bounced around every hospital in Florida as doctors tried to figure out why my body wasn’t keeping food down or absorbing nutrients. I was rail-thin and kept on a jello diet 24/7, even on my 15th birthday. I had no control over my life or body, I had no community, I had no outlet except for my iPod. Good god girl get a grip, etc. I had had enough of those feelings by the time I got to college and immediately felt the difference when I decided to step foot in the gym. Not physically at first (zero idea what I was doing) but I quickly found that the gym was the perfect outlet for my emotions, provided routine to my chaotic life, and gave me a way to build both confidence and community. Since then, I’ve met some of the kindest and most supportive people I know, gotten much more in tune with my emotions, picked up some cool skills, and doubled my weight along the way. It’s taught me how much potential tomorrow holds and how important it is to always keep learning and improving. One day I’ll even learn to eat enough. I think a lot of people are scared of the gym because of scary straight men and shady circuit queens but it can absolutely be a place of support and growth on many levels. So give it a shot and I’ll see you at Quads! Swipe to see what a REAL twink looks like circa my hospital days.

Strategy summary
What's working, what to fix, and what to ship next.
TL;DR
Vulnerability crushes it: post 15 hit 161 likes and 41 comments on mom's tribute, while post 3 earned 186 likes sharing fitness struggles. Humor rules too, with meme twists like post 4 and post 6 driving steady comments across 37% of feed. But 0.0 posts/week kills momentum for 1303 followers, starving algorithm juice. Pillar dominance in memes (37%) and family (23%) proves wit plus heart scales best. Lean in with consistent recaps to reclaim top spots.
Working
5- Emotional family posts like 15 spike to 161 likes 41 comments.
- Humor pillars cover 37% feed with consistent comments.
- Tuesday posts average highest likes e.g. 3,21.
- Carousel format dominates high engagers.
- Pop culture hooks reused 8x in memes build recognition.
Risks
5- Cadence dropped to 0.0 posts per week, post more reliably.
- Future-dated posts like 5 and 16 lack likes data, prioritize proven formats.
- Over-rely on -1 like posts recently, cut untested humor.
- Few visuals credited, own more content.
- Limited fitness pillar, expand beyond one post.
Ship next
5- Post 4x weekly on Tuesdays, Fridays using humor hooks.
- Revive fitness lore in carousel like post 3 for vulnerability.
- Plan 1 family pillar post monthly with fresh stories.
- Test evenings 6-8pm for party recaps.
- Audit low-engagement recent posts and pivot to proven pillars.
